EDUCATION

Lorraine holds a CSM designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and has an unrestricted Salesperson's license from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

In 1979, Lorraine began her real estate career with Morguard Properties Ltd.

She moved into the retail sector in 1981 as Marketing Director of Coquitlam Centre. From there, she became an integral part of the management team of Richmond Centre during its redevelopment in 1989, for which she won industry awards for the Grand Opening.

In 1996, after acquiring her Real Estate License and joined Pioneer Pacific Property Management as Assistant Property Manager for Station Tower in Surrey B. C. She was also assigned the responsibility for a portfolio of 6 commercial properties at that time. Her management experience continued as General Manager for Delta Shoppers Mall and Scottsdale Mall in Delta, B. C. where she supervised a $9 million renovation.

Prior to joining Martello Property Services Inc., Lorraine had the fortunate experience to work on contract in Cancun, Mexico as Director of Leasing and New Projects for a major offshore developer.
