EDUCATION

Kevin is a Real Estate Agent in the Province of Alberta being licensed under the Alberta Real Estate Act. He has completed courses with International Shopping Centers - Certified Shopping Center 1 and completed the majority of his courses leading to a Real Property Administrator (RPA) given by Building Owners & Managers Association International. In 1977 he completed his diploma in Business & Marketing from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Kevin has more than 23 years of progressive property management experience in Alberta. He started his career with Oxford Development Group in 1979 as a Property Manager. In 1982, he took a position with Alberta Government Telephones as a Real Estate Supervisor. He moved from this position into the third party sector accepting a position as Leasing Executive with Stewart Green Properties in 1984. This lead to the responsibilities of General Manager with Confederation Realty Services in 1989. Confederation sold the building that Kevin was responsible for which resulted in his taking positions Enterprise Bowlen and Cadillac Fairview Corporation. In 1999, Kevin was forced to find new employment given the change of ownership in the building and accepted the position as General Manager for property management with Centercorp. Management Services.

In 2003, he accepted a position as General Manager for Martello Property Services Inc. in Edmonton. His responsibilities are to run the Edmonton office for Martello which includes the oversight of the entire portfolio in the Edmonton and Calgary regions.
