EDUCATION

Brenda has completed all her courses with the Real Estate Institute of Canada to reach the CPM designation. She is also licensed by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver as a Property Manager. Brenda has finished 3 courses through the Michigan State University for the International Council of Shopping Centers.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Brenda has more than 28 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. She started her career in Calgary, Alberta as a Property Manager for the Gelmon Corporation. In 1976, she returned to Vancouver working for various companies as a Shopping Centre Manager until 1981 when she took on the position of General Manager of properties for Intercon Group, a company owned by Al Waisman, a major architect in Vancouver. In early 1987 she accepted the position of General Manager for the LPF Management Group (Labourers' Pension Fund) where she remained for 9 years. She has also worked for Pioneer Pacific Property Management in the capacity of Portfolio Manager.
