PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ann Napier started commencement of employment with Martello Property Services in early 2005. Prior to that, she worked with Gateway Property Management Corporation and AWM Alliance Real Estate Group Ltd..

Ann started working on the legal side of the strata management business in 1994 when she worked for the Superintendent of Real Estate Office as a Condominium/Strata Officer for a 4 year period.

EDUCATION

Ann is licensed under the Real Estate Act of British Columbia. She has completed her property management and sales/mortgage courses for the University of British Columbia. Her formal eductation commenced in 1990 with a degree in Graphics Design and Business Communication from Kwantlan College. She completed the real estate courses from UBC in 1993.

Ann brings her vast experience on the legal side of strata management to Martello.
