Realtors wishing to order documents must first provide proof of authorization from the Owner(s) of Strata Lot. A faxed copy of the signed Listing Agreement, the MLS Listing or a signed letter from the owner will be accepted as proof of authorization. Please fax the authorization to Martello Property Services at (604) 681-5114 Attn: Strata Administrator.
Upon verification, the Strata Administrator will contact you with a Password, which will enable access to the Online Order Form and subsequent access to download the PDF versions of the ordered documents. Please provide your name and contact information on your fax so the Administrator can contact you with your Password.
