Martello employees understand that an effective program designed to promote positive tenant relations is the key to developing an effective project strategy. The immediate goal of our tenant relations program is to develop cooperative and appreciative tenants and in underlining the most important objective is to retain a tenant when their current lease has expired. This effort results in uninterrupted income and reduces the capital expenditures, which in turn contributes to maintaining and enhancing the property value.
