All of our Operations Managers are seasoned professionals in the area of construction management. We can provide value added services including the hiring of professional construction superintendents, project managers, space planners and registered professionals to complete your construction project. We have the knowledge to manage all construction related services such as building enhancements, tenant improvements and projects from the ground up. We are experienced in such areas as architectural planning, engineering, building codes, and fire and life safety and construction material specification. To accomplish the client's objective for each project, we will perform the following functions:

• Clearly identify and develop a project budget which includes construction costs;
• Prepare a project schedule
• Identify and cooperate with consultants such as mechanical, electrical and structural
• Identify problem areas and strategize cost effective solutions;
• Negotiate and bid construction contracts; and
• Report construction progress, monitor job meetings and observe all construction in the field.
