Martello Property Services Inc. provides real estate management in Alberta from our main office located in Edmonton. We also have a branch office that is located in Calgary.
The Alberta company is operated by Kevin Ferguson, Vice President and General Manager. Kevin’s experience was developed at the time he worked with Confederation Life. Kevin is a certified property manager and leasing specialist.
Buildings in Alberta are primarily commercial and industrial strip centres. Our Calgary portfolio includes a variety of small retail and a large retail office mixed use project located in south east of Calgary.
The Alberta offices are connected electronically to the Vancouver Head Office where all accounting and financial recordkeeping is maintained. To comply with the Real Estate Act of Alberta, lease documents and day to day documents are retained in our Calgary offices. We are fully licensed in the Province of Alberta.
